Key Responsibilities
•Deliver engaging and student-centered ESL lessons to primary students
•Develop and implement lesson plans in line with curriculum standards
•Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and assessments
•Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in school-wide activities and events
•Maintain effective classroom management and a safe, inclusive learning environment

Candidate Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or higher
•Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, SACE, or equivalent)
•Minimum of three years of relevant full-time teaching experience
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability

• Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 33,000 (pre-tax), commensurate with experience and qualifications
