ESL Teacher – Primary School (Native Speakers Only)
Location: Nancheng District, Dongguan City
Basic Information
* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:50 AM – 5:00 PM
* Student Age: 6 – 12 years old
* Class Size: ~40 students per class
* Teaching Load: 25 classes per week, 30 minutes each
* Support: Teaching assistant available
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality oral English lessons for primary students (ages 6–12).
* Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the school curriculum.
* Create a positive classroom atmosphere and encourage active participation.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: RMB 20,000 – 25,000/month (before tax).
* Vacation:
Winter holiday (approx. 1 month) & summer holiday (approx. 2 months).
During holiday periods, monthly allowance of RMB 2,500 will be provided.* Annual Bonus: RMB 20,000 at year-end (not applicable for contract renewal).
* Paid Leave: All official Chinese public holidays (fully paid).
* Housing: Accommodation allowance of RMB 2,000/month.
* Visa Support: Legal working visa provided.
* Flight Allowance: Annual airfare subsidy of RMB 8,000.
