Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.At least 2 years of previous teaching experience in subject;
5.PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary starts from 26,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications (Teaching license will obtain 2K more, Master’s Degree will obtain extra 2K, Doctor’s Degree will obtain 3K more);
2.Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
3.Yearly bonus: 4,500 RMB each semester, 2 semesters a year;
4.Accommodation available (1 bedroom and 1 living room outside of school);
5.Work visa provided;

7.School fee discount for dependents:
-1 years serviced for the school, 70% off for the school fee
-3 years serviced for the school, 85% off for the school fee
8.Flight reimbursement 8,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
