Job Description: Primary School English Teacher (International Program)
Location: Huzhou, Zhejiang, China

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foreign Teacher to join our vibrant international program in Huzhou. This role is ideal for an educator who is enthusiastic about shaping young minds and delivering dynamic, student-centered learning experiences. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for teaching the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and Oral English to primary students, with additional involvement in our kindergarten classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and Spoken English for students in Grades 1 to 3.
Kindergarten Support: Provide occasional teaching support to kindergarten classes, with a schedule of up to 4 sessions per week per class.
Student Development: Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and language acquisition.
Professional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the departmental team, participating in meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching practices.
Assessment & Feedback: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Teaching Schedule & Load:
Teaching Level: Primary School (Grades 1-3), with occasional Kindergarten support.
Weekly Teaching Load: A maximum of 22-24 teaching sessions per week.
Daily Schedule: Typically up to 4 classes per day.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Native-level English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120-hour minimum) preferred.
Prior teaching experience, particularly with young learners, is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for education, cultural exchange, and a commitment to student development.
Professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Base Salary: A pre-tax monthly salary ranging from RMB 23,000 to RMB 24,000.
