We are currently looking for an energetic and qualified native-speaker English teacher for Grades 2–3 to join our foreign-language school in Nanjing for immediate start .

YOUR WEEK
• Monday–Friday only – no weekend duties
• 35–40 min lessons, 20–31 kids per class
• 18–22 teaching periods / week (≈ 14 real hours) – the rest is planning & collaboration time
• Join weekly PD workshops, team meetings, and fun “English Days” – we grow together!
WHAT YOU GET
• Competitive salary: 18,000 – 24,000 RMB / month (after tax) – negotiable with experience
• Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB / month (rent here: 1,500–2,000 RMB for a 2-bed)

• Airfare allowance: 8,000 RMB reimbursed on arrival + 8,000 RMB on contract completion

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Deliver creative, standards-based ESL lessons that make kids speak – not just repeat
• Co-plan with Chinese & foreign teammates; share resources in our Google Drive library
• Use iPads, smart boards, VR headsets – tech is in every room
• Track growth with Cambridge YLE, MAP, and in-house speaking rubrics
• Run two after-school clubs per week (Lego-story, drama, robotics… your choice)
• Create a warm, orderly classroom where every child feels safe to take risks
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Passport holders from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
• Bachelor’s degree (any major) + TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (≥120 hrs)
• 2+ years classroom experience
