Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education/Arts/Science);
3.If a teacher does not hold a B.Ed.(Bachelor of Education), M.ed.(Master of Education), or equivalent degree, then he/she must have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience or a TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Teaching experience with the IB PYP preferred;
6.Teaching certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1. Base salary 18,000 to 25,000 RMB (After Tax) per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance 8,000 RMB per month available;
3. Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of the total net salary of the contract;
4. Work visa provided;

- All Chinese statutory holidays
