Job Descriptions

1.Foster a stimulating learning environment based on understanding and respect;
2.Establish polite and cordial relations with all parents and family delivering students to school;
3.Give lessons according to the curriculum that meets the IPC standards;
4.Deliver stimulated and motivated classroom environment;
5.Assess and document student progress using a variety of assessment tools and strategies;
6.Plan and review the curriculum meeting the IPC standards;
7.Attend and contribute to weekly collaborative planning meetings;


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or a related STEAM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or Mathematics);
2. A valid teaching certificate such as PGCE, QTS, CELTA, or other internationally recognized teaching qualification;
3. Minimum of three years teaching experience in an international school setting;
4. Experience with IPC or PYP curriculum, particularly in STEAM education, is preferred.
Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 25,000 to 35,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Furnished apartment provided or housing allowance 11,000 RMB per month;
