a. To effectively plan and teach Natural and Physical Science lessons to primary school students from grade 1-5.
针对小学1-5年级学生，有效的策划和进行自然和物理课教学。
b. To work together with the science department head teacher to develop and improve the science curriculum.
与科学部领导老师合作，来推动和发展科学课程。
c. The teacher should have a basic level of Mandarin (Chinese) in order to explain some concepts and ideas, related to the science curriculum, to the students in their first language.
教师需要具备基本的中文技能，以便对一些和科学课程有关的概念进行一定的讲解。
2. Working Habit

a. The teacher follows the required time to start and end work in the school.
教师按照要求的时间开始和结束在学校的工作。
b. The teacher follows the school’s regulation and dresses appropriately in school (i.e. no low-cut shirt). While suits and ties are not mandatory, a professional appearance is desirable.
教师遵循学校的管理，在校穿着得体（例如无低胸装），西装和领带非强制，但希望是职业化穿着。
c. The teacher is motivated, proactive, resourceful and a creative problem solver.

d. The teacher possesses and utilises strong organisational skills and meets deadlines.

e. The teacher complies with all RFLS school policies and strives to uphold the name of the school.

f. The teacher checks his/her RFLS e-mail and We Chat groups regularly and responds to all e-mails within 48 hours upon receiving them.
教师定期查看他／她的邮箱和微信群，并在48小时内回复收到的邮件。
g. The teacher follows the school calendar and weekly class schedule as established by the school.
教师遵循学校所制定的日程表以及每周课程表。
h. The teacher conducts himself/herself professionally and in an appropriate manner at all times.
教师时刻都要保持专业化的态度和合适的举止。

a. The teacher provides a stimulating and challenging classroom environment that displays and reflects students’ learning.

a. The teacher will be a specialised subject teachers, and will need to effectively manage various classes during the time he/she is in the class.

b. The teacher works with and supports other teachers that work with your class.
教师要协同、支持其他在你们班工作的老师。
c. The teacher contributes ideas for special events or group activities and ensures parent communication clear and professional.
教师为特殊活动和集体活动提供点子，确保与家长的沟通清晰明确且专业。
d. Delivers high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of proven methods.
提供高质量的讨论、直接教学说明。通过使用不同的方法进行示范和独立练习。
e. The teacher maintains a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modelling expected behaviour and standards, promoting positive discipline and quickly addressing behaviours that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
教师通过对预期行为和标准的示范以维持一个安全，有序的的课堂。推动积极的纪律，迅速解决与学校纪律不符的行为。
f. The teacher actively works on creating a good relationship with the students in the limited time he/she will have in the class.
