Job Description
9.5 months contract (2nd September 2013 - 13th June 2014)
• Basic Salary: RMB10,500 - RMB12,000 net (after tax) per month. Five working days a week, from Monday to Friday. On the average 20 teaching hours a week, including normal English lessons, workshops with Chinese English teachers, English corner, meeting with the school leader. Eight hour shift a day, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Free lunch at the school.
• 16 paid holidays include national holidays, school holidays, etc.
• RMB5,000 of end of contract bonus when the teacher finishes this contract.
• RMB5,000 of performance bonus.
• One-year working visa in Shanghai and one-time health check.
• Insurance reimbursement RMB1300 when the teacher finishes this contract.
• One month unpaid holiday : (winter holiday) between January and February 2014.
