Job Overview
We cooperate with a well-established international school in Guangzhou to recruit an experienced ESL Teacher who will also work as the Homeroom Teacher. You will deliver standard ESL courses for primary and secondary students, take charge of daily class management and regular parent communication. Job Responsibilities
1.Prepare and deliver immersive ESL lessons for primary and secondary students to improve students’ overall English language proficiency.
2.Be responsible for daily homeroom management, monitor students’ academic performance, daily behaviors and mental health status.
3.Communicate regularly with parents to update students’ school performance and answer parental inquiries for home-school collaborative education.
4.Collaborate with other subject teachers to track class academic progress and provide targeted tutoring for students with learning difficulties.
5.Comply with school regulations, organize class activities and finish routine teaching research and administrative assignments.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in English, Education or related fields; hold a valid teaching certificate with near-native English proficiency.
2.A minimum of 2 years of full-time ESL teaching and homeroom management experience for primary & secondary students; international school working background is highly preferred.
3.Experienced in teenage classroom management, patient, responsible, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4.Identify with international educational philosophies, strong execution ability and willingness to participate in school teaching research and campus events.
