Qualifications & Requirements:
BA or higher.
22-45 years of age.
2 years teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certificate
English native speakers

1. Teaching hours:
Workload: work hours 08:00-12:00 a.m. 1:30- 05:00 p.m. (Mon. – Fri.) +10 teaching periods a week (20-30 minutes each period)

2. Salary [Depending on experience and qualifications]. P.S: Salaries could exceed the limit if the candidate has higher qualifications – e.g. a masters or PHD in the related subject, and experience over 10 years.

3.Annual Bonus:
If the contract is renewed, 70% of month salary as bonus will be given.

4. Class sizes:
10-20 students per class.

5. Flight Allowance:
RMB 6000 – RMB 10000 depending on actual air fare upon completion of a one-year contract.

6. Evaluation bonus:
Up to RMB 6000 depending on teaching performance each term.

7. Accommodation:
A well-furnished apartment with necessary electric appliances & internet& free Wi-Fi provided on campus, plus free electricity and water within a limited amount. Or 2400RMB monthly housing allowance for the foreign teachers live outside of the campus.

8.Food allowance :
450 RMB per month


9. Paid Holidays:
Winter vacation (20-30days), Christmas Day, May Day, National Day, as well as other PRC public holidays.

10. Insurance/Work permit /Residence permit :
Arranged for and paid by the school

11. Additional Information:
A demo class will be required to demonstrate teaching skills.
