Job Descriptions

1.Design and implement Units of Inquiry (UOI) aligned with the Programme of Inquiry (POI).
2.Develop detailed inquiry unit planners, weekly schedules, and knowledge overviews.
3.Provide multimodal resources (journals, thinking maps, digital guides) to support inquiry-based learning.
4.Facilitate differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
5.Collaborate with grade-level teams and specialist teachers to ensure effective transdisciplinary learning.
6.Conduct formative and summative assessments of student progress.
7.Organize UOI exhibitions and showcase student learning outcomes.
8.Create and maintain an inquiry-rich classroom environment that makes learning visible.
9.Attend regular departmental and grade-level meetings, contribute to curriculum planning, and participate in professional development.

Requirements

1. Native English speaker preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or related field.
3. Valid teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA is an advantage).
4. At least 3 years of teaching experience; IB PYP experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits

1. Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000 (before tax, based on qualifications and experience).
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package.
3. Annual flight allowance: up to RMB 10,000.
4. Relocation allowance: up to RMB 2,000.
