Job Descriptions
1. Deliver high-quality Visual Arts teaching to primary school students.
2. Participate in curriculum planning, teaching research, and optimization of instructional practices.
3. Organize and support school events such as art festivals and sports meets.
4. Implement IB teaching methodology and ensure alignment with Units of Inquiry (UOI).
5. Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide timely feedback to parents.
6. Support interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning alongside UOI teachers.
Requirements
1. Native English speaker preferred but non natives with relevant degree and experience can be considered.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related major.
3. Valid teaching qualification/certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA preferred for English medium teaching).
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience; IB teaching experience highly valued.
Salary and Benefits
1. Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000 (before tax, based on qualifications and experience).
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package.
3. Annual flight allowance: up to RMB 10,000.
4. Relocation allowance: up to RMB 2,000.
5. Medical insurance plan provided by the school.
6. Free lunch and shuttle bus from designated stations.
7. Laptop provided by the school.
8. Paid Chinese and Western holidays, including Christmas, CNY, and summer vacation.
