In this role, you will also:

• Oversee tournament registration and logistics, including coordinating with administration about travel arrangements for traditional tournament environments and organizing resources and filming/streaming for online tournaments.
• Deliver subject instruction on a higher level than grade standard, consistently achieving exceptional outcomes for every student. 

• Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory
• Guide students in their pursuit of academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellect
• Pursue continuous professional growth by participating in ongoing professional development, collaborating with colleagues, and staying informed on the latest educational techniques and best practices in your field
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school community

Salary and Benefits：
Annually 380-480k
