We are now inviting the application for ESL Teacher to start in late Feb. 2026. Please see below details:
ESL Teacher

ESSENTIAL:
TOEFL (Primarily Speaking)
General English (all 4 skills) to Chinese primary & middle school students

- Requirements:
1. Native English speaker, holding teaching license/certificate (not TEFL) .
2. Bachelor degree or above in field related to Education or English language.
3. Be familiar with English course contents, key points and difficulties of Chinese students.
4. Have more than 2 years teaching experiences.
5. Be able to understand the teaching materials, use the teaching materials and integrate the teaching materials, and can teach across grades.
6. Be good at organizing classes in different forms and driving students

- Responsibilities：
1. The teacher's full workload is 25 classes per week, including classroom teaching, homework correcting, activity organization, etc.
2. Give regular assignments to students, mark the assignments timely and provide feedback.
3. Manage and motivate students to learn and improve. Engage and control students during lessons.
4. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and to learn and improve own teaching skills.
5. Work closely with other teacher and academic admin staff to manage the students.
6. Actively support school activities. Show maturity, fairness and positive attitude in teaching.

Remuneration packages: We offer a very attractive package which includes salary ranging from RMB17, 000/month to RMB25,000/month before tax. It increases by RMB1,000/month after complete every 1 year contract. Full paid salary if in case school closed due to pandemic. Health insurance covered for teacher’s whole family. Paid public holidays and paid leave (3 months paid leave every year for Winter and Summer holiday.)
