Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drama Teacher to join our vibrant international school community in Kunming. The successful candidate will inspire and guide young learners aged 6–12 in the creative arts, fostering confidence, expression, and a lifelong love for performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate drama lessons to primary school students (ages 6–12)
• Plan and direct school performances, assemblies, and drama-related events
• Develop curriculum that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate drama across the primary curriculum
Requirements
• Drama Education background or related performing arts degree
• Valid teaching certificate
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Genuine passion for education and working with young learners
Compensation & Benefits
Benefit Details
Monthly Salary RMB 18,000 – 28,000
Housing Allowance RMB 3,000/month
Airfare Allowance RMB 5,000/year; up to RMB 10,000 from the third year
Annual Bonus RMB 10,000
