Basic Information
• Position: Primary School Homeroom Teacher
• Student Level: Primary School students (ages 7–12)
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Job Responsibilities
• Follow the designated curriculum and prepare engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs
• Deliver quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches
• Effectively manage classrooms to foster a positive learning environment
• Design and implement required teaching-related documents
• Contribute to subject curriculum development as needed
• Participate in school academic and non-academic activities
• Collaborate with both Chinese and international colleagues
Requirements
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or above (Education or related major preferred)
• Currently valid teaching license/certificate in Education
• Clear criminal background check
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
Salary and Benefits
• Monthly Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 RMB (before tax), based on experience and qualifications
• Housing Allowance: 5,000 RMB per month (reimbursed via Fapiao)
• Work Visa: Provided

• Flight Reimbursement: 5,000 RMB per year
