Job Purpose/Role

• Strategic development of business within the region. Regional competence, resource and capacity management.
  
• Driving 3rd party sales business in Region APAC, setting sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Develop an excellent market and customer knowledge of business opportunities in the area of responsibility with focus on aftersales, collect and communicate market intelligence and competitors activities.
  
• Develop, implement and oversee business development approach.
  
• Brand portfolio development within the region together with HQ. Appointment of regional product experts and first line technical support.
  

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree above, major in mechanical related curriculum
  
• 5+ years experience and product know-how in sales for turbomachinery or other heavy machinery, preferably aftersales exposure
  
• Experience in managing major projects that have large scale impacts on a business success
  
• Sound interpersonal presentation and intercultural skills
  
• Fluent in English is prerequisite, additional language skills are beneficial
  
• Excellent communicator, team-oriented, self propelling and persistent
