Job Description
Member of the Operations Business Management team, focused on leading the effort of driving profitable and responsible growth. This role will specifically be focused on leading the Operations New Business deal pricing efforts. Specifically for the role: Act as liaison and escalation point of contact between Operations, Sales and Pricing teams for sizing of resource requirements for new business deal models and staffing allocations for current business (re-bids, profitability analysis) Maintain data repository of headcount requirements for new business deals by function and location. Determine automation opportunities to streamline process with broader Operations and Technology workforce management capabilities. Collate and vet funding requests for new business to confirm the headcount requests are included in the deal models. Seek senior management approvals for funding. Communicate approvals to business management and finance teams Track actual headcount movements and associated expense impact from monthly E&E tracker against new business wins and current client losses Produce monthly reporting package with new business funding details, headcount movements for new and lost business, and pipeline deals in flight. Ensure that monthly data is synchronized with Asset Servicing revenue plan/forecast and current Sales data. Resolve any discrepancies with owners of multiple data sources Produce monthly Major Business Review slides summarizing YTD activity for new and lost business Ad-hoc reporting and data requests Qualities & Values Independently motivated with a commitment to a high level of integrity and excellence Thinks and acts like an owner and holds others accountable Portrays reflective mindset or belief in self-improvement Perceives risk at the right level and escalates when needed Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills; experience with data visualization and mining tools a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required,,, MBA preferred 10-12 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred,,, at least 3 years in project management or applicable business or function and cost-effective budgetary responsibility,,, experience in the securities industry is a plus.
