We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can perform as an Individual Contributor and lead a team of analysts in the delivery of the Pershing Technology Portfolio by supporting regulatory, reengineering projects and strategic initiatives. Provides technical and operational direction. Ensures best practices are followed in the business analysis functional area and improves collaboration between technology and business/functional areas to provide innovative solutions. Responsible for overseeing multiple, complex projects, that may be global in scope. Implements strategic procedures and policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Provides innovative direction and guidance on project reports and ensures recommendations are aligned with user needs and capabilities. Advises business groups by providing solutions addressing business issues and opportunities. Provides leadership to execute project plans and performance requirements for all stages/phases through the management of human capital resources. Leads recruitment efforts and manages and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions. Motivates teams to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 10 + years as Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst working on large transformation or re-engineering Advanced experience with implementing functional controls, efficiency, and support all whilst building client relationships and profitability Strong experience with Strategic Planning, Process Design & Implementation / Re-engineering Experience with operating in an Agile environment Extensive experience with executive delivery and development Experience working in Financial Services, Investment Banking or Brokerage.
