This is a key role to support AIA’s organisational capability building. The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders to provide structured and data-driven change management support for strategic initiatives that involve impact on people, including changes to organisational culture as well as Target Operating Model (“TOM”). The primary responsibility will be developing, implementing and evaluating change management strategies and plans to enable employees to navigate and embrace change effectively.The incumbent will also be jointly responsible with IT for building enterprise agility within AIA through the adoption of agile mindset and behaviours across AIA.
Change Management
• Create change strategy based on robust change management principles and models to support the implementation of changes brought about by projects or enterprise-wide/business initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of the changes together with key stakeholders and build mitigation actions in the change management plan.
• Conduct change impact assessment using frameworks and tools to assess the impact of change on culture, performance, and employees’ readiness for change.
• Engage subject matter experts to design and deliver communication materials.
• Provide input, document requirements and support in the design and development of training programmes.
• Facilitate training programmes to support change initiatives where needed.
• Develop, measure, track and report success metrics and monitor change progress after roll-out period.
Enterprise Agile
• Partner Agile COE (IT and Group Agile COE) to implement change management related activities to support the achievement of Agile WoW at AIA.
• Partner Capability Development lead to embed agile mindset and culture across the organisation.
• Manage change activities to support the setting up of Agile Tribes.
Leadership Essentials Champion
• Develop and implement Leadership Essentials Activation Plan to ensure adoption of LE persona and behaviours at AIA.
• Assume the role of LE Champion for AIA Malaysia with the responsibility for aligning with Group Office on the rollout of LBU related activities.
