Our skill sets combine site investigation, risk assessment, remediation technology, financial, project and contract management, regulatory negotiations and field services.

This role is either based in our Taipei office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and delivering whole tasks/elements of mid to larger projects

• Provide oversight on environmental remediation projects, and operations and maintenance of environmental remediation systems.

Business development and marketing for various services on targeted sectors, e.g. chemical, renewable energy and TMT.

• Building effective working relationships within Business Unit and across practice area.

• Developing people, business and client skills.

• Understanding and using components of the ERM business model (s)

• Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.

• Acting as a role model and mentor to new joiners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10-15 years’ experience within the Degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Science or related field ;

• Experienced in remediation technology selection, conceptual and detailed design, cost estimating, managing contractors onsite, site investigation techniques, and report writing.

• Proven project delivery experience for large remediation / construction contracts with repeat business track record

• Strong planning and organizational skills;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• High level of energy and self-motivation; and

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet both routine and challenging obligations/deliverables
