Job Description
Executes BNY Mellon's compensation strategy in assigned business area(s) in conjunction with LOB Management. Advises HRBPs and line management by working through compensation issues encountered with the goal of successfully meeting the business objectives while considering the broader corporate compliance implications, external market influence and internal equity. Applies understanding of broader corporate needs and interests in aligning strategy for assigned area(s) of the business. Qualifications Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10+ years of total work experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and HR preferred.
