Position information and requirements:
1. Class size：about 3-8 kids in one class  
2. Students age: 6-15
3. Making and submitting teaching plans
4. Offering student's individualized assignments and corresponding correction
5. Providing feedback about the teaching content and students' behaviors
6. Giving stage-by-stage assessment
7. Start: ASAP
8. Location: Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province

Skills and experience
1.Native English speaker with Doctor Degrees or above (prefer an educational background)
2.TEFL is a necessity
3.Fundamental idea of teaching is a necessity and able to improve curriculum development capacity
4. 10 years or more working experience will be preferred
5. Familiar with child psychology and classroom management
6. Good at communicating with parents
7. Loving children and teaching and willing to learn and improve.


Benefits:
1. The salary: 26,000rmb-35,000rmb a month with housing allowance and working insurance
