This global team is responsible for payment processing technology products and platforms. As part of overall GP Resiliency program, USDM Platform is to built with best in class and migrate mainframe application to this platform to reduce risk and take advantage of improved resiliency. USDM is going to be built with Spring Integration, MQ, Kafka, ELK, Hazel cast, Angular, Container based Micro Service with multi-lane Architecture. It will have high resiliency, self-healing covering DevOps with test automation, deploy automation and operational toolsets. This position will help the team to have a strong lead and innovator to help with development of platform to next level and help critical business services (CBS Apps) to migrate to this new platform and technology. The successful applicant will take ownership in defining the architecture strategy, toolset, and delivery of major components of this platform and the hundreds of applications leveraging this. This is powered by the BNY Mellon digital ecosystem, developed in a highly disciplined, agile model with a focus on partnership and co-development in a vibrant internal open source community. You will be able to positively impact the overall experience and productivity of the platform users, comprising of developers, business users and customers. Consults with internal business groups to provide high-level application software development services or technical support. Must have thorough and demonstrative knowledge on or both the user-side frontend of a website, as well as the backend, server-side that powers the user-side. Additional requirements include intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases and architecture design principles. Provides comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT management and senior technical staffs. Evaluates compliance with the organization's technology standards. Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code. Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites. Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions.
