ML models that can Our ML, Growth and Experimentation Platform teams are pushing the envelope for how best to leverage data and continuously improve our product with data and analytics. They are working on a range of challenges from making the experimentation platform in Teams more automated to improving relevance of files or people recommendations and curating the activity feed and so on.

Responsibilities

• Build data and analytics platforms for use by other developers in the team

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in scalable system software and/or Services
• Hands on development or team management experience including designing and writing code  
• Experience in delivering high quality/delightful user experience with modern Web frameworks
• Experience in statistical data analysis, Experimentation systems and/or Machine Learning at web-scale
• Solid experience building large scale, complex applications
• Deep cloud services and infrastructure experience
• Good understanding of databases and networking
• Strong distributed systems knowledge
