1. To be responsible for school operation and management to achieve objectives from the Headquarters: team building, administration, enrollment and management for curriculum, teachers and students;
2. To be in charge of the enrollment team, to establish multi-dimensional enrollment channels and to accomplish enrollment goals;
3. To arrange training activities for both Chinese and foreign teachers, to organize instructional and curriculum researches and to improve teaching qualities;
4. To improve management processes and regulations, to establish assessment criteria and commit supervision to ensure the quality of educational products and services;
5. To specify and monitor the annual budget, to plan school’s annual financial budget and to be responsible for completing annual business tasks;
6. To build the core-management group;
7. To create a good school image, to be responsible for the publicity, communication with relevant partners and organizations, to improve school’s reputation in the field of international education;
8. To examine the department annual work plan and to arrange school meetings;
9. To report to the headquarters regularly with school operational strategies, the implementation of the plans, the use of funds, personnel changes and other important events
Requirements for the position:
1. Master’s degree or above, in educational management or relevant subjects, excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
2. Passions in education business, with more than 5 years’ working experience in international education business;
3. Good command of management and rich working experience is preferred;
4. Candidates with rich social resources are preferred;
5. Sensitivity to industry information, skills in communication, cooperation and team work.
