Responsibilities

We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to run the Dynamics for Microsoft consumer PM team in Redmond. If you’re looking to make a broad positive impact building user experiences, deploying Dynamics 365 Customer Service to tens of thousands of Microsoft support professionals, and using the learnings from those support professionals to drive continual improvement into the product, then this is the opportunity for you! This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the end users of the product and use their experiences to improve the product for all of our customers! 

The right candidate will possess a strong Program Management background, will have demonstrated experience creating, evolving, and communicating feature area specifications, will proactively manage upstream dependencies, will overcome obstacles, and will have a well-rounded technical background.  Additionally, the right candidate will have a proven background partnering effectively across different teams working on high profile, high complexity software projects.  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical Program Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer obsessed and deeply passionate about creating great end user experiences
• Experience working in or with global support businesses is a plus
• Experience designing and working with support and/or CRM systems is a plus
