Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead the refreshment of HKEX collaboration infrastructure, including video conference and IP phone systems
- To study and lead the adoption of modern collaboration tools and integrate them with office PCs, VC and phone systems
- To provide day-to-day support to users on the use and setup of collaboration systems
- To automate provisioning and operational tasks in the collaboration infrastructure
- To trouble-shoot performance issues and production problems
- To collaborate with service vendors on project implementation and production support
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Data Communication Technology or related disciplines
- At least 7-year experience in implementation and support of IT infrastructure
- Hand-on experience in building and trouble-shooting collaboration systems, such as Cisco VC, Cisco/Avaya IP Phone and web conferencing tools
- Experience in network system programming with Perl, Python, C for network automation is a plus
- Experience in managing teams in IT development and support functions
- Occasionally working in weekend and irregular hours is required
