About The Role:
RWS is looking for a Principal Product Manager to help us drive our enterprise-grade secure Machine Translation product line forward and help develop new Linguistic AI capabilities.
This is a very rare opportunity to join a select world-class technology group with 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing and delivering massive scale enterprise grade products – both on-premise and in the cloud. This position provides a unique chance to shape a fast-growing business.
In this role you will drive and influence the roadmap, build deep understanding of our customers’ needs, define product requirements, collaborate with engineering and champion the needs of customers. This is a true 360-degree role requiring coordination between customers, partners, sales teams, technical sales, marketing, technical account management, legal, and finance.
A successful candidate will bring strong business acumen and judgment, ability to define innovative products and features, desire to have an industry wide impact and ability to work within a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, and demonstrated experience in collaborating across cross-functional teams. You have a proven ability executing both strategically and tactically, and are excited to take on a new, not yet fully defined challenges.

What we are looking for:
Product Management, Delivery
o 5+ years of experience in product management
o 2+ years of relevant work experience in taking new products to the market
o 4+ years of experience with managing product roadmaps
o Ability to conceptualize, scope and execute projects to strict deadlines
o Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
Product Design
o Experienced in gathering requirements and developing system specifications
o Analytical skills to understand customer use-cases, and challenge assumptions while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners
Analysis, Decisions Making and Communication
o Strong problem-solving skills
o Confident leader who can prioritize and analyse trade-offs, communicate clearly and compellingly and effectively influence internally and externally, across organization boundaries. Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Cross-organizational communication – comfortable evangelizing ideas and concerns clearly and persuasively, in both verbal and written form
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of prior experience working with ML/NLP and/or BigData technologies
* 2+ years of prior experience working with SaaS products
* 2+ years of prior UX design experience
Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
