The Azure Sphere Silicon PM team is looking for a Program Manager to help enable Silicon partners to design, manufacture, and bring to market new generation of Azure Sphere certified chips. This role will help Azure Sphere scale to millions, if not billions of IoT devices in the future. Key characteristics of a Program Manager for this role include having a deep silicon architecture background, being a strong collaborator who can build relationships through trust, manage complex programs efficiently, and engage intentionally with kindness and inclusivity.
This team on Azure Sphere is responsible for ecosystem strategy, partner acquisition and onboarding, technical enablement and go to market execution for Azure Sphere chip enablement. If you enjoy silicon architecture, security, and technical collaboration with partners, this is the role for you. In this role you will not only work on enabling diverse silicon, but also have cross-team interactions across engineering, multiple orgs, product planning, silicon partners, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Engage and enable silicon partners to create diverse and innovative Azure Sphere certified chips
- Educate partners on Azure Sphere silicon security requirements and drive architectural discussions
- Manage and communicate milestones, deliverables, and schedules between partners and Azure Sphere engineering team, driving alignment
- The candidate must be willing and able to travel (domestic and international)
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of experience in program management or related relevant experience
- A BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical experience across the full SoC design cycle with a focus on silicon architecture
- Experience working with partners or customers.
Preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain
- Experience in early product development.
- Proven ability to influence business and technical decision makers.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations.
