The SharePoint and OneDrive team is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead our web architecture into the next generation and help us deliver the fastest experiences to our customers wherever they may be. Our platform is the heart of how consumers, businesses, and educational institutions all over the world communicate with and engage their people; we build features and services to enable customers to build great employee and student experiences. 

Responsibilities

You would join the team as a Program Manager focused on the web architecture and performance that powers collaboration and portal experiences in SharePoint and OneDrive.  This position is a rare opportunity for a technical program manager who wants to play a role, obsessed not only with the tech stack, but with how that tech stack directly impacts the end user experience on a day to day, moment to moment basis.  

We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in and be a leader on the team.  You’ll have immediate impact by: 

• Deeply understanding how SharePoint powers both collaboration and portal scenarios and how we can make those even better through high performance and high scale web and microservice technology
• Partnering closely with the entire OneDrive and SharePoint organization, as well as partners like Teams, to deliver features that millions of customers benefit from
• Driving the near-term optimization and delivery of the service as well the long-term strategy for transforming and enhancing our experiences 
• Thinking big and moving quickly with a sharp focus on telemetry, experimentation, and business outcomes

• 3+ years of Program Management experience
