Microsoft Dynamics 365 is one of the fastest growing SaaS businesses and a critical part of Microsoft's cloud strategy.
FastTrack is a program offered by the product engineering organization to customers to help them accelerate deployment and adoption of the Dynamics 365 product stack.
In response to high customer demand, the Dynamics 365 FastTrack team is looking to significantly expand the FastTrack program through highly competent systems integrator partners i.e. FastTrack Ready Partners. We are looking for a senior executive to design, launch, and scale the FastTrack Ready Partner program worldwide.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include
- Working closely with the FastTrack team, partners, and customers to define the FastTrack Ready Partner program including customer eligibility criteria, partner eligibility criteria, success criteria and incentives.
- Designing and implementing the systems that will capture partner and customer signals that indicate customer deployment and adoption success.
- Negotiating partner agreements, onboarding partners, and leading ongoing business reviews with partner leaders to stay on track for success metrics.
- Building a strong and vibrant community of FastTrack Ready Partners and scaling up quickly to provide global customer coverage while maintaining a high quality bar for customers.
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a marketing, business management or partner management capacity for a SaaS product.
- Proven experience in designing and launching large scale programs that increase customer usage and customer satisfaction for a SaaS product.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS adoption lifecycle
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
