Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include

• Working closely with the FastTrack team, partners, and customers to define the FastTrack Ready Partner program including customer eligibility criteria, partner eligibility criteria, success criteria and incentives.
• Designing and implementing the systems that will capture partner and customer signals that indicate customer deployment and adoption success.
• Negotiating partner agreements, onboarding partners, and leading ongoing business reviews with partner leaders to stay on track for success metrics.
• Building a strong and vibrant community of FastTrack Ready Partners and scaling up quickly to provide global customer coverage while maintaining a high quality bar for customers.

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a marketing, business management or partner management capacity for a SaaS product.
• Proven experience in designing and launching large scale programs that increase customer usage and customer satisfaction for a SaaS product.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS adoption lifecycle
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
