Responsibilities
As a Program Manager on the team, you will:
Explore and understand business and customer needs, design a new product and its features targeting a global market
Write product specifications, guide the end-to-end delivery of the product by using established project, program, and process management methodologies.
Define and implement effective key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact and success.
Present findings and recommendations to key engineering decision makers and leadership team members.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding established goals. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High personal standard to deliver a quality work product on time and on budget.
Ability to anticipate customer needs, and proactively meet and exceed customer expectations. Recognize the issues that customers want to resolve. Design and plan the creation of products or services to address customer needs.
Excellent business judgment and the ability to simplify and communicate complicated concepts. Communicate and network effectively.
Strong attention to detail and be able to work as a team player with a broad spectrum of collaboration. Product, marketing experience, and start-up mindset.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of product design, customer-facing, project and program management experience, and a proven track record of delivering high quality work on time and on budget
Experience working in start-up setting and advertising industry is a plus.
Quick to learn, innovative, has strong design sensibility including a deep understanding of customer needs, technical skills, and a growth mindset.
Strong project management and program management skills. Strong product design, planning, specs writing, negotiation, networking, and cross team collaboration skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
