The Azure Government Engineering team is looking for a committed, talented, self-driven individual who is both technically deep, and expert on Partners in the US Public Sector to join the Washington DC-based product team. Responsibilities
• Driving adoption and consumption of Azure Gov through System Integrators and Software Vendors.
• Providing insights to Redmond-based engineering teams to ensure Azure Gov services best support our partner’s needs.
• Taking ownership to remove adoption blockers and to ensure the smooth operations of running the day-to-day service.
• Identifying and driving best approaches for Azure and customer architecture, engineering and service integration.
Qualifications
• Highly effective communication and collaboration with customers, partners and across teams
• Technical aptitude in service design, architecture and software development
• 7+ years in a position requiring program management, consultancy, engineering, cloud or government experience
• Experience with FedRAMP, DOD SRG, ITAR, DFARS and other compliance/security regimes related to the DOD/defense market.
• End-to-end ownership of commitments with the ability to break down ambiguous problems
• BS or Master’s Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
• Applicant must be a US citizen and be willing to obtain a US Government Top Secret Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
