The D365 Marketing product team is building a marketing automation and lead management solution by delivering compelling, intelligent, integrated, extensible, and attractive user experiences as SaaS products designed to be consumed both on desktop and mobile. The Marketing app is a centerpiece of our Dynamics CRM solution and will integrate seamlessly across the Customer Insights, Commerce, Sales, and Service workloads.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Program Manager, you will be a product leader on the team. You will provide thought leadership, set a clear product strategy, and develop a product roadmap aligned with market trends and customer needs in collaboration with partner teams in engineering, user experience, marketing, and sales. You will work across organizations, collaborating with UX, marketing, fields sales and with product teams across Microsoft and with external partners to deliver products that are better-together. You will evangelize our products and drive customer adoption while maintaining high customer satisfaction through delightful user experiences. You will contribute a data driven team culture of customer obsession, collaboration, results, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust.

Qualifications

6+ years of product/program management

6+ years leading cross functional teams that include in house engineering teams, UX research, design, and marketing

6+ years of developing product/market fit, customer and competitive research, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and experience definition for user facing application experiences

 

Bonus: Experience in SaaS based products and business applications
