Job Description

Project Socrates (Autonomous Systems) is part of the Business AI team at Microsoft. This team combines the unique reinforcement learning platform together with Machine Teaching and AirSim simulation technology.

 

To help us continue to successfully deliver and expand our offerings at scale we're looking to focus on building out our Partner Ecosystem. In this role you will be expected to build and execute a scalable end-to-end engagement model with partner prospects from initial outreach and qualification through to negotiation, contract signing, technical and sales onboarding, ongoing relationship development and eventually scaling to a Microsoft field offering in time for GA.

Responsibilities

  • Become a well-versed subject matter expert on the Autonomous Systems offerings i.e. Bonsai and AirSim (to some degree) & it’s technical components to carry a 200+ level conversation credibly with partner’s technical leaders
  • Collaborate w/OCP, Mfg./Energy industry teams, BD, account teams, specialists, Azure and other relevant teams to determine high impact partnership opportunities and sharing of best practices
  • Engage end-to-end with SI partners; including qualifying top potentials for fit, getting agreement on business and financial terms for early engagement, and signing respective contracts and alliance agreements to operationalize those early partnerships
  • Build and drive regular ROB/QBRs with selected partners to review KPIs (including progress on customer implementations, co-sell etc.) to determine success of partnership collaborating with OCP
  • Engage with product, engineering and customer success teams to both understand and communicate needs of Partners
  • Create the Autonomous Systems SI partner program/playbook to launch to the field/OCP for GA

Work with MCS and CSE to determine a go to market path with them
