Job Responsibilities:

• Work in a Platform and Cloud team to support the infrastructure automation and tooling solution  

• Implement and support infrastructure solutions in sophisticated, high-performance trading environments that demand stability, high throughput and low latency

• Support IT infrastructure including Linux/MS Windows system monitoring, Virtualization, Email system, AD/ADFS/SSO etc.

• Perform regular system administration, performance monitoring, tuning as well as related problem trouble-shooting

• Improve installation setup and operating procedures, and develop and maintain support documentation

• Implement compliance standards and perform regular system compliance review and proactively assesses exposure area

• Manage procurement and carry out asset management for equipment being supported

• Manage vendor to ensure the highest quality delivery and implementation

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of working experience with SAN Storage, system automation, monitoring, administration and system support

• Strong knowledge of supporting virtualization, Email system, AD/ADFS/SSO, JIRA/Confluence, BMC Truesight and Microsoft SCOM

• Good knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Operating system and administration skill

• Familiar in designing automation and configuration management through DevOps

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines using JIRA, Jenkins, Terraform and Ansible

• Knowledge of Cloud and Container is a plus

• Project management experience in sizable scale technology infrastructure implementation

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills

• Degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering or relevant discipline
