Job Description
- Take the initiatives to proactively implement Lean and six sigma with good tactics
- Consolidate Lean manufacturing system and construct Six Sigma Architecture by stage by OE department playbook
- Work independently to initiate, organize ,facilitate, coach ,manage all forms of Lean and six sigma projects thru implementation practice
- Conduct Lean and Six sigma training by current training outline and certification required as a technical trainer
- Develop more employee to certify YB, GB, or Lean technician, Lean specialists.
- Enhance TTMS for Lean and six sigma project management, certification module
- Track and manage all associated projects with progress and results delivery focus
- Drive function level KPI and KIP to meet the Goal and do cross-site VF
- Promote and Expand lean and 6 sigma thru active participation in national or international competition events.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree or above in Industry Engineering, Electron, semiconductor or data science related majors.
- Have above 3 years practice or experience in Lean or 6 sigma program management
- Proficiently use software such as JMP, Minitab, Lean tool software
PREFERRED:
- Good knowledge on Lean methodology, statistical and data analytics
- Experience in leading lean or 6 sigma program in site or cross-site level
- honest, confident, outgoing, optimistic, good behaviors and work ethnics
SKILLS:
- Good communication skill at both Chinese and English.
- Good organization and communication, presentation, reporting skills
