1.      As a technical expert

·       Closely work with global design teams to do post silicon design validation, circuit issue debug, circuit characterization and mask judge

·       3D NAND trim validation for component / iNAND / cSS / eSS product lines

·       Test development and implementation for characterization of NAND memory on ATE platforms.

·       Responsible for all aspects of test, including debug and validation, correlation, revision control, improve test method and design of test hardware;

·       Implement all aspects assessment of 3D NAND memory by using professional knowledge, including logic/ analog, performance, power consumption, timing and some aspects of reliability;

·       Develop software tools to speed up the process of development, data analysis and report

2. As a project owner

·       Organize discussion with relevant teams to create silicon evaluation plan, secure project schedule, and support requirements for project decision making

·       Customize test coverage and define new test strategy for customers;

·        利用专业知识对芯片进行全方位的评估，包括逻辑/模拟电路，性能，功耗，时序，可靠性以及其他方面；

·        与本地以及全球的设计、器件、测试、验证、封装、失效分析等团队进行紧密合作，为设计调试、封装改进、失效分析提供产品验证和测试等相关工程支持，并共同制定产品问题的解决方案；

·        开发软件工具以加快设计调试，数据分析，报告生成等流程；

·        优先考虑有主流ATE程序开发经验的候选人；

2.   作为项目负责人

·        组织相关团队进行讨论制定芯片验证计划，协调各方资源保证项目进度，为项目决策提供技术、数据支持；

根据产品和客户需要定义测试策略，测试方法，评估测试覆盖率进而评估芯片量产风险

• ·       Requires BS/MS degree or equivalent with engineering background;
• ·       In-depth understanding of logic, analog, or memory IC;
• ·       Strong skills of test program development on main stream ATE, solid skills on Language C++/C;
• ·       Familiar with common lab equipment such as digital scope, logic analyzer;
• ·       Familiar with script languages;
• ·       Good written and verbal English.
