ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Development, implementation and documentation of a consistent quality management system based on regulatory and quality related requirements and in alignment with the corporate framework.

? Manage entire quality system including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, RoHS etc.

? Support and manage SDSS document control process, factory and corporate document standardization and management.

? Ownership for internal audits, assessments and preparation of management reviews; this includes regular internal assessments based on the mandatory elements of WDC quality management guidelines.

? Manage External Audits, ensure Customer audits and 3rd party audits passed without any minor NC.

? RBA/CSR/GP compliance management.

Qualifications REQUIRED:

? Bachelor or master degree in electronics, telecommunication or computer science with 5+ years working experience.

? Experienced in semiconductor product testing or failure analysis.

? Experienced in product quality management or factory quality control.

? Familiar with assembly process of semiconductor products.

? Familiar with reliability stresses and assessment.

? Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill.

? Good communication skills.

? Computer/cell phone architecture or eMMC/USB product experience will be a plus.
