C+E China marketplace team is looking for a Principal PM Manager to take marketplace experience to next level. In this role, you will lead a group of PM and Engineers delivering China Azure marketplace experience for developer and business user based on a common platform. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly driven lead PM with an eye for detail, passion for data and business strategy. We expect you to growth hack, dream up smart ideas, implement and evaluate them. You will interface with partner teams to meet business requirements, ideate solution to accelerate adoption, and participate in experiment analysis and decision making. You will work closely with management to drive data driven decision making. Expertise in designing, running and scaling services is a must.




Responsibilities include:

• Define China Azure marketplace & ISV business strategy and go-to-market plan by collaborating with business operation, sales and marketing teams

• Drive ISV onboarding process including business validation and artifact publishing

• Design and build new features for the marketplace platform including both frontend user experience and backend platform

• Design tools to scale analysis activities

• Optimize experimentation quality and processes

• Develop and refining metrics for evaluating success

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in designing and operating online services and defining and improving operational metrics

• Proven track record (10+ years) in releasing high performance software or services on time and with quality

• Experience in online user behavior research and experimentation

• Experience in professional developer engagement (across different major languages)

• Experience in building user experiences and web technologies is a plus

• Partner-facing (Mainly ISV) and partner solution experience is a strong plus

• Demonstrated program management skills

• Passion for data driven decision making

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

• Good BD and business planning skills and experiences

• Excellent communication and cross group collaboration skills

• BA/BS or Masters in Computer Science or related field

• Native Chinese speaker preferred, fluent in Chinese and English a must

• This position is based in Shanghai, China but regular traveling within China and to US required
