RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Lead and coordinate product development efforts and insure that newly developed or localized products meet the design objectives and appropriate standards in the agreed timing.
？ Develop new adhesives and adhesive formulations when needed to meet project requirements
？ Work with procurement and material suppliers to source and qualify new raw materials for new product development
？ Focus on creating and implementing manufacturable and cost effective Pressure Sensitive Tape designs and then provide Engineering support to the transition process to production. Follow-up until the products are turned-over to Production.
？ Work closely with the Sales and Product Management to get full understanding of market, customer, product application or product requirements.
？ Establish and document full product and performance requirement specifications which will be used during the component and construction development AND will function as the benchmark for final project evaluation.
？ Consult with European and US colleagues to screen whether there are existing products or components which meet the requirements. When needed transition EU and US product to local manufacturing.
？ Follow the company EHS regulations, process and SOP instructions. Complete EHS training and pass the
evaluation before on-boarding.
？ Maintain Lab safety during product development.

Qualification:
？ Experience with adhesives and resins used for tapes in Automotive & Electronics Industries.
？ Experience with formulating adhesives to meet requirements of application
？ Experience with lab equipment and testing for PSA tapes
？ 6+ years experience with new product development
？ English skills in writing and speaking
