职位描述

1. The analysis and interpretation of antibody structure. Antibody homology modeling and protein simulation by multiple protein analysis software.

2. Sep up computational protocols for antibody humanization, biophysics properties optimization (stability, aggregation, PTM, immunogenicity, etc.).

3. Keep a close watch on the leading-edge developments of therapeutic antibody and immunotherapy; understand global and local therapeutic antibody markets. Be involved in new drug development strategy setting up and targets exploration.

任职条件

1. Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics/computational biology/protein engineering related fields.

2. Expertise in protein structure prediction/simulation, familiar with professional software for protein design or tools for protein structure prediction.

3. Excellent skills in problems solving, innovative capability and active motivation.

4. Ability to work in collaborative environment and contribute to team projects. Ability to work without close supervision and enjoys working with other people within multi-functional teams and in a dynamic environment.

5. Strong background of tumor biology is preferred.
