Main Duties Include:
* Working on our data transfer compliance project and is expected to last for 4 to 6 weeks
* Assisting in the administration of various assessments of activities in our affiliate companies and suppliers;
* Creation of Standard Contractual Clauses and International Data Transfer Agreements for signature;
* Coordinating the signature of the required documents; and
* Registration and filing of signed documents.
The role will involve working closely with the Global Data Privacy Officer and people across the business. You will be required to use our Privacy Management Software OneTrust.
Requirements:
* Knowledge and understanding of European and UK data protection law
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (visio, excel, word, Sharepoint etc.)
* Ability to communicate effectively with people worldwide both verbally and in writing
* Self-motivated with an ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
* Good Organisational Skills
* Attention to detail
* Good team player
* OneTrust experience
