Job Description

Requirements
1. Native English speaker (Any nationality is okay).
2. A university undergraduate degree (in any discipline).
2. At least 2 years of post college work experience (any type).
4. At least 6 months of classroom or teaching experience that can be verified by the school through a reference letter.
5. Energy, enthusiasm, and passion to inspire children in the classroom through story, song, and various other teaching methods.
6. Comfortable working with children between 2-5 years old.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-tech work environment.
8. Can speak English clearly, with a nuetral accent, and with good intonation.
9. Can make a one year commitment to the position.
10. Between the ages of 20-50 years old.
11. Will not be traveling with children or family.

Job Description
Start dates: We are currently interviewing for May, June, July, and August start dates. Contract duration consists of a one-year commitment.
Student level: Ages will range between 2 and 12 years old depending on placement.
Monthly salary: 10,000 to 11,000 Chinese Yuan Renminbi- Depending on Experience (~$1,640.00-$1,815.00 USD).
Working hours: 24 teaching hours per week plus 16 hours to prepare and plan your week.
Housing subsidy: 3,000-4,350 RMB per month depending on location ($490-$710 USD).
Hotel stay: A three week hotel stay when you first arrive to better acclimate you to the country.
Visa: Sponsored by the school.
Flight: Paid airfare to China and a monthly flight allowance of $70 USD is given to put toward a return ticket.
Vacation: 11 national holidays plus five vacation days and ten allotted sick days.
Health insurance: Medical insurance provided (including dental).
