Position: Preschool English Tutor (One-on-One In-Home Lessons)
Location: Shanghai, China
Type: Part-time/Flexible Hours

Responsibilities
• Design & deliver interactive English lessons tailored to preschoolers' cognitive development
• Implement TPR (Total Physical Response), storytelling, songs, and educational games
• Create sensory-rich learning experiences using flashcards, puppets, and props
• Track student progress through customized learning milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents about curriculum and child's development
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements
• Native/Near-native English proficiency (Clear pronunciation required)
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching ESL to preschoolers (home tutoring preferred)
• Natural ability to engage young children with animated expressions & gestures
• Knowledge of early childhood education methodologies (Montessori/Reggio Emilia experience a plus)
• Patient, creative, and passionate about child development
