Job Description

The Successful applicant will be responsible for accounting and administration of private equity funds and will strive to be the one point contact to investment managers and funds' investor. To carry out these duties, the successful applicant will lead a team of fund accountants to deliver timely and accurate fund administration services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of NAV computation, distribution waterfall and investor allocation
• Lead a team of fund accountants in performing AML/KYC checks on fund investors, delivery of accounting solutions and FATCA/CRS filing
• Review fund mandates
• Liaise with auditors and coordinate for audit on financial statements
• Ensure controls are properly implemented
• Monitor team performance to meet client service level agreements
• Review operational procedures
• Compile ad hoc reports and operation metrics as required by management

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Professional qualified accountant
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in fund administration of private equity funds with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Good communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written English skills, proficiency in Mandarin is a must
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge in eFront is an advantage
• Candidate with less working experience may be considered as AVP
