To ensure the product configuration / bill of materials are up to date in SAP/CRM basis the requriement shared by the client (1.) To comply to agreed SLA/ customer timelines and adhere to the high quality norms set to ensure zero-error (2.) Understand the product configuration, bill of materials of a product and requirement from the clients shared by the client in form of CAD/ Machine drawing PDFs (3.) Identify the part numbers from the assembly/sub assembly drawings and order the right part number with the supplier or internal factory through SAP. (4.) Update the product specifications in SAP / client CRM/ other legacy tools.
