Job Description
Job title – Process Associate - Purchase to Pay We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments. We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency. This is your role. What part will you play · Checking of Inward documents, entry in work register · Space & utility management for unloading activity of inward material, monitoring unloading of inward material · After Quantity verification of consignments, reporting any damages/short or extra supply or any other issues to buyer · Handing over duly signed quantity verified Invoices for GRN posting. GRN handing over to QA & then to commercial department further · Bin report updating & master bin list monitoring · Daily rejection monitoring & sending it back to vendor · Material packing & sending to supplier for processing · Mentioning bin location on picklist after receipt · Excel entry of daily receipts of material in common folder · All activities of warehouse process (dispatch & return process to STI) · Updating files regarding inward & outward documents of Stores · Posting of GRN in SAP · Monitoring FIFO of Shelf-life materials · Preparation of pending invoice valuation report weekly & monthly · Receiving pick list/reservation from planning dept & updating records in Kit summary register · Issue of material to production department as per requisitions. Picking & posting of material as per requisitions · Execution of annual perpetual stock-take activities per guidelines from commercial. Inventory reconciliation of variances if any. Stock-take audit co-ordination & resolution in case of query Participating in review meeting with purchase function for material arrangement on time, providing shortage intimations · Participation in recognizing & mitigating EHS risk & opportunities at workplaces, comply to safety essential guidelines & also adhere to safe work practice & Siemens EHS requirements · Compliance of EHS & QMS audit observation · Practicing 5s & 7w system We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. · Minimum qualification required - graduation in engineering/commerce/science or diploma in engineering · Experience in assisting day-to-day operations of warehouse function with good knowledge of SAP - MM module · Proficiency in MS office & required good communications skills for email management Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens: This role is based in Mumbai, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
